We got our log cabin this year from Alan in Eco Homes. We made some changes to the layout of the original plan and this was no issue and offered great advice. We are very pleased with our purchase and our dealings with Eco Homes. From the first day to the last day there was always someone at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions we had. They were extremely professional and we are delighted with the end result. Buying a cabin from EcoHomes was an absolute pleasure. From viewing the cabin at the show room to it being delivered and built. I cannot complain about anything at all regarding the full process. The quality of the home is excellent. The recent storm didn’t effect the home what so ever, it wasn’t drafty at all. It’s a very warm cosy house we’re absolutely delighted with it. The team at Eco Log Cabins in Tullamore couldn't have been nicer, or easier to deal with. From my first enquiry to getting the keys the whole process was so easy, and Alan and Anastasiia were always available to answer my questions and provide reassurance. The build itself was seamless, and the guys doing the work were all fantastic. They arrived when they said they would and got it done with no fuss. Very poor to deal with. We asked for an all in pricec but it changed on numerous occasions.  Measurements were taken wrong which caused a delay. The door we asked for was changed and we weren't told. Far too many people involved in the process with a lack of communication and transparency non existent.  No radiators provided and finishings took a lot of back and forth between ourselves and them. Bought a few windows off this company 2 years ago. Recently rang looking for one more in a particular size. They had one in stock ,drove down Saturday morning from Wicklow to collect and the man very generously handed me the brand new window and told me to put the money towards diesel for the trip down. He wouldn't take a cent off me. I don't recall ever being on the recieving end of a random act of kindness like that. I wish them a lot of success in their business.
